The Panaga Saga

Sorry there is nothing sexy here. No stunning visuals. No interesting cookies. Nothing like that I'm afraid.

Here you will only find the campaign notes of a long running Role Playing Game made available for interested people to read. And I really do mean NOTES.

The game itself is set in the World of Harn and is run using Rolemaster 1st Edition Rules. Throughout the notes assume familiarity with both and give little or no explanation of either.

I have been nagged for ages to make these notes more readily available, and now they are.

The game only happens on a few weekends in a year, but it's bloody good fun.

The Panaga Saga

Harn is Dead! Long live Harn!

The Panaga Saga is over. Panaga is dead and the party has retired.

But we didn't want to stop playing in Harn, so we've started again from the begining. This time we are using modified version of D&D 3.5

I am still taking the notes, but they will be different from the previous ones.

As I said it's bloody good fun.

Weather and Climate

Harns climate is basically maritime-temperate (cool summers, mild winters, and damp). Some say that Harn has no climate, just weather. The prevailing westerly winds, off the Harnic Ocean, are moist. Fog, drizzle and overcast skies are common. The island receives ample precipitation all year round, falling mostly as rain, although winter snow and sleet occur, especially in the north and high elevations. The seas around Harn are notoriously rough; calm weather, which is rare, can build swiftly into terrible storms.

So know you know why it seems to be raining all the time. Been there, done that, got the tee-shirt, wet of course.
