Bowlhead, a.k.a. Edward Lickspittle

He is a Healer, the most masochistic class in any Role Playing system � ever. He is 6-foot tall and weighs 150 pounds, and has dark brown eyes and brown hair. He dresses in rags with a rigid leather breastplate under them. He got his nickname from his habit of wearing a chipped blue ceramic bowl on his head. He worships Siem, for his sins, which are obviously many, as he has been inflicted with us as a punishment.

He hates the Ivinians something rotten.

His original introduction to the party was when he was rescued from a Temple of Naveh. The being rescued bit involved being shot by Aruth and then hacked down by Daniel. After that things really did go from bad to worse for him. Almost immediately he was killed (or perhaps it was really suicide?) and he become a junkie. Then he had a hand accidentally hacked off by Daniel. You see what I mean about masochism.

Now look he is a just this skirt wearing nutter, OK.

Now who said, �We brought Bowlhead as someone for the Bard to look down on�? Sir Martyn Yanyez De Barbudo, that is who. Therefore, who are we to disagree with such an august personage.

Healers are the strangest healing class in any RPG, bar none. All their healing spells only work on themselves, bit of a problem you may think, unless of course you�re Evil. However they Transfer (or suck as we keep saying) the targets wounds onto himself and then they heal them. So the wounded person stands up uninjured and the Healer has all his wounds. Now what kind of person does this sort of thing? What sort of a person wants to take someone else�s pain onto themselves? Masochists, that�s who.

I�m sure the class comes from some fantasy novel or other, and I�m sure I�ve read it but I can�t remember what it was.
